He holds a Certificate of Proficiency in English, the best Cambridge qualification which recognizes English standard similar to that of an educated native speaker. Ray represented the English Speaking Union Hong Kong for the 2009 International Conference held in The Oxford University.
Ray has over 20 years of business and language training experience. His down-to-earth and real-life approach is well received by customers. His customers include Hong Kong Tourism Board, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, China Light and Power, MTR Corporation, Town Gas, Wharf T&T, Hang Seng Bank, AXA, MPF Scheme Authority, Sony, Dell Computer, Cartier, Neo Derm, HKUST, Hong Kong City University, K Wah Group, HKSAR Government, to name but a few.
Educated in Hong Kong and in the United Kingdom, Constance worked as a court reporter in the law courts of England for four years before returning to Hong Kong. A switch in her career path saw her joining one of the largest property companies in Hong Kong and further developing her communications and marketing skills. She spent 15 years with the company, heading a team of 18 and was responsible for the company's corporate, marketing and staff communications.
Another career change saw her joining the non-governmental organization sector where she used her skills and experience to help support families with children who have special learning needs and other students. Before turning her focus to help students and executives enhance their English language skills, she was the chief executive officer of an education charity for ten years, providing preventive education to students and to parents.

Richard has been developing and delivering training programmes for over 14 years in Hong Kong. For the last ten years he has specialized in business communications training, specifically English writing and speaking. Richard has a certificate in teaching English having completed a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Course in the United Kingdom.
He has been living in Hong Kong since 1982 and worked in advertising, media and marketing in both international companies and his own smaller local ones. He combines in-depth business knowledge with ample language training experience resulting in a unique skillset which is effectively helping executives in Hong Kong. Richard runs public courses as well as tailor-made in-house programmes and one-on-on coaching.
